ifnt.vn and webnganh.vn are domains under the same company and are considered the company’s unified brand.

Article 1: Terms of Use
These terms relate to the use of services on ifnt.vn. Upon registration and after registration, users are required to comply with these terms.

Article 2: Amendments to the Terms
Our company may modify these terms according to internal policies. When any changes are made, we will publish the updated version on ifnt.vn, and the revised version will take effect at the time of posting. By continuing to use ifnt.vn after the changes, users are considered to have accepted all updated terms.

Article 3: Service Usage
Users who register an account and create an infinty on ifnt.vn are deemed to have agreed to use the service under the regulations of DKT Technology Joint Stock Company, and the company accepts the registration.

Article 4: Information Management
After administrative credentials for the service are handed over to the user, ifnt.vn is not responsible for and does not guarantee the accuracy of any content or information from the user’s infinty. ifnt.vn is not liable for legal or compensation claims to the user or any third parties for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or intangible damages, loss of profit, revenue, or reputation resulting from the use of INFINITY’s products or services.

Article 5: Suspension of Service
ifnt.vn reserves the right to suspend service without any refund in the following cases:

– The user uses infinty for any purpose or form that violates Vietnamese law, especially in matters of software copyright, music copyright, etc.

– The user sends, links to, or transmits data of an illegal, threatening, deceptive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive nature or otherwise prohibited by Vietnamese law in any form.

– The user stores or disseminates any data that constitutes or promotes criminal acts, or infringes on patents, trademarks, design rights, copyrights, or any intellectual property or personal rights.

– The user uses infinty to harm another infinty.

– The user runs programs that could clog or crash the system such as resource exhaustion, overloading CPU or memory.

– The user uses their infinty or account to unlawfully access other infinty systems or affect other customers of ifnt.vn.

– The user fails to make timely payments.

Article 6: Admin Account Management
Users are responsible for safely managing identification information, passwords, and any account-related details. They must promptly notify ifnt.vn of any unauthorized access, security breaches, losses, thefts, or exposure of passwords or other sensitive information.

Article 7: Affiliate Accounts
Users must refer at least three infinity contracts before being eligible to withdraw money from their affiliate account.

Article 8: Email Usage
Users are fully responsible for the content of all emails sent from their account’s inbox.

Article 9: infinty Footer Policy
All INFINITY products, after being completed and delivered to customers, will include the footer line “Provided by INFINITY” with a hyperlink to ifnt.vn. Similar to a warranty label, this confirms INFINITY’s responsibility and ensures post-sale support services for the delivered infinty.

Article 10: INFINITY’s Responsibility Upon Service Termination
ifnt.vn will provide a refund in cases where services are not rendered due to business discontinuation.

Article 11: Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
In case of disputes between users and the company during usage, both parties shall negotiate in a spirit of goodwill. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled at the Economic Court of Hanoi.
